1 Storage and traffic is data only (the contents of the fields, e.g. text and attachments). The FileMaker file itself is not transferred and therefore not counted as storage or traffic!
2 "online-support": all help you can find on the website. there is a basic documentation included in the sync file which should guide you through the sync.
"basic-support": basic help to setup the sync through the web form at the bottom of the page.
"support": means direct contact with the developer via email.
Any other support is being billed directly.
Please use the dashboard inside the "Sync" file to purchase any products (Paypal or send us a message to get an invoice indicating the requested package).
